Employer's Job Offer
Individuals with a LMIA or an approved job offer from Canadian employers may be eligible for immigration to Canada. This category is open to those residing outside Canada or with proof of legal status in the country. To qualify:
Possess a minimum of one year of work experience in the past 10 years in the intended occupation.
Attain a language score at the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB).
